- Woad Leukaemia; genital herpes; throat infections; blue ink; root
- Hyssop HIV; anti-inflammatory; bruises; rheumatism; depression; drink as a tea; bitter salad
- Chamomile indigestion; stress; PMS; anxiety attacks; colic; excess gas; colds & flu; drink as a tea
- Angelica female disorders; high blood pressure; combats the Plague; stomach cramps; Bronchitis; smooths mucus membranes; tincture of root
- Borage PMS; cysts; dry hair; respiratory; skin diseases; arthritis; use oil
- Catnip toothache; headache; colic; colds; spasms; nerves; anxiety; insomnia; use in tea or add a pinch to salads
- Salad Burnet heart; wounds; Plague; strip leaves into wine and drink
- White lavender dries a cold brain; pains of the head or brain; put into hot baths
- Mace Asthma; sleeplessness; oil
- Foxglove (aka witch gloves, dead men's bells) Haemorrhages; epilepsy; acute mania; heart disorders; use small amounts in leaves
